Principle
A wage assignment is an authorisation allowing your creditor to collect part of your salary directly from your employer, without the need to attend a tribunal, if you are unable to repay a loan.
Any salaried worker in Monaco who has a loan and is in possession of the assignment document (provided by the lender), or, failing that, a payslip and proof of identity, can request a wage assignment.
